BW Plastic Motor Overheat Thermostat
Description :
BW series thermal protector consist of high sensitive bimetallic element , movable contact point , static contact-piece , base holder , outer case , thermal resistant leads and so on . When operation , the bimetal element is in free stage , the movable contact point and the static contact-piece are closed and the circuit on . When the electric appliance is in operation and produce heat caused by some trouble and temperature is raise to the rated action temperature of the product. The bimetal element is heated , then it produces inner stress and act quickly and push the movable contact point , and it make the contact point off and the power is turned off , then the electric appliance stop working. In this way the thermal protection is made. When the temperature of electric appliance is drop to the rated reset temperature, the bimetal element will restore to its primary stage and the contact point closed, then the electric appliance recovery working condition. This BW thermal protector with small size, the cut off and turn on action is quick and reliable , and with low resistance .
